Winter's Last Hurrah Day
Frugality and functionality have been on October's mind recently. She's also been thinking about where her clothes come from and who makes them. She has realized that sometimes the most useful and stylish of garments are sometimes the most frugal. The life of this skirt is somewhat remarkable. October found it at a thrift store and has worn it since middle school! (Of course, it has been heavily modified - shortened and the button of the waistband moved).
