A Memorable September
I was so excited my bachelorette party weekend, which occurred on September 28. My maid of honor and I went up to Lake Geneva on Friday to have a relaxing dinner that would then be followed by some other fab ladies joining us for a wine tasting and night out on Saturday. However, our date night was rudely interrupted when my platform heel guided me off the sidewalk and I fell. It turned out that I had broken my ankle in two places! After the ambulance ride and a few hours in the ER, I was casted and sent on my way with crutches that I soon traded in for a wheelchair that we borrowed from the hotel. I thought everything was ruined and I had no idea how...
