I'm trying to take advantage of being on leave to take photos in new places. The last two days have been milestones for me because it's the most public I've ever been. Going in the middle of a cool cloudy day lessens the chances of being gawked at while I take self portraits. The upside is that you (and I) get to see how pretty the city is, the downside is the wind, the chill, and my hair flying around. I've been disappointed with the photos in general (of me, not the skyline!), so I don't think I'll be back out at the viewpoints anytime soon.
