ready set Pilates
This past weekend I embarked on a very exciting journey.
I started a Mat Pilates Certification Course!
As a fitness enthusiast & figure skater I've always loved the fluid and controlled movements of Pilates.
I first started Pilates about 10 years ago when I lived in Los Angeles.
I loved it and always carried a vision of pursuing it.
But after getting married and having 2 babies my goals in life were put on the back burner.
After revisiting Pilates post baby, I was surprised at how much the Pilates had evolved.
There were so many styles and modifications.
But to me the classical Pilates that Joseph Pilates...
