It seems like every year, the first day of fall is still hot and the first day of spring is still cold. Makes it hard to get excited about the change of seasons. So you can imagine my excitement yesterday when I opened the door to my balcony to find sunshine and a chill in the air!
I said “screw you” to grocery shopping and homework (OK, fine, I did both those things later in the day) and went downtown to enjoy the beautiful first day of fall with my other half. And because the first day of fall actually felt like fall, I went “fall out!” (get it? like all out?...
