Book Review: Every Day
Now this is something a little different for me: “Every Day” by David Levithan is, technically, a fantasy, but that fantasy is only an excuse for the book to tell a unique love story. The main character, A, doesn’t have a body. Instead, he (A is not identified as male or female, but for the sake of clarity I’ll refer to him as “he”, because I think gender-neutral pronoun such as “xe” looks obnoxious) wakes up inside a new body every day, jumping to a new host at midnight.
