Team in Training - The Nation's Triathlon

I am still on such a high from The Nation's Triathlon this past weekend! First of all, Team in Training was one of the best experiences of my life! And, I don't even feel as if I took advantage of the whole experience. I could have done more and gotten more out of it, yet, it was still amazing! Why, you ask? I think it's knowing that not only are you going to compete (or participate - but you know I'm a competitor!) in a challenging physical activity, but you're also doing some good.
