Feeling Tres French
Something about this polka dot Modern Hearts skirt made me pin it against my hips and proceed to comically swish my hips back and forth as I strutted across the living room, going "ooh la la" and smoking a fake cigarette between my fingers. Clearly it made me feel French. Clearly. And I'd totally wear a beret with this outfit if I owned one. But instead I went for the next best thing and, in typical French fashion, added a striped top in neutral colors, and accessorized in all black.
