dress: h&m ( similar ) // necklace: h&m ( so similar ) // watch: fossil // sandals: f21 I bought this dress from h&m for about $7 last year, but I haven't worn it until now. Why? It had weird sleeves (long-ish with weird elastic at the bottom). I bought it with the intention of altering the sleeves, but of course it took me a whole year to get around to doing a fifteen minute project.
