I bought this adorable polka-dot top at Forever 21 a couple weeks ago. It was originally $16, but I got it on sale for $13. I was super tempted to style it with a high-waisted skater skirt , but decided to pair it with this form-fitting pencil skirt instead. The top matches the skirt PERFECTLY - it almost looks like a dress. TIP : When sporting a bold print from head to toe, accessorize wisely.
