Bridge Over Troubled Water
From a photographic perspective, urban decay and anything industrial are definitely my favourite subjects to shoot. I am attracted to the colours and textures, and especially if there is a contrast between natural and man made. Last week I took my usual hiking trail all the way to the south end of the city on my bike, where I found this decrepit old pedestrian bridge, right up my aesthetic alley. As luck would have it, I had my tripod with me, so I was able to take some photos. This is actually what I go for long bike rides in - not terribly practical!
