This has been another week that felt like it was never going to end. Although my new job doesn't officially start until 3rd June, one of my colleagues has been on leave basically since I got promoted, so I've been doing lots of bits of my new job as well as doing my current job, and trying to get some sort of plan together for how to hand it over to my replacement.
