I was quite impressed with the quality and fit from the last item I purchased from Forever21 . So when "J" from J's Everyday Fashion posted that this blouse was back in stock, I knew right away I had to have it. Luckily, it was in stock at my local store and I was able to try it on and not worry about paying any shipping fees.
