Harder to Pair
What I Wore:

This top is fantastic -- I love the bright color next to my face and I love that I have a pair of earrings in the same shade of neon to make it more cohesive with my outfit. However, it's become a hard-to-style piece in my closet. I've worn it with my paisley pencil skirt, but that's as inventive as I've been with it. The rest of the times I've worn it, I've paired it with jeans or a pair of neutral shorts...hardly anything noteworthy, I'm afraid. I try not to purchase...
