This dress has been staring at me all summer. "Wear me" it's been screaming. So, the other day on my way to a Junior League meeting, I put this little red hot number on only to find I didn't have any shoes that worked well enough with it. Enter another screaming closet item, these shoes I bought my sophomore year of college (and haven't worn since then), that I am incapable of getting rid of because I love their personality.
