Mixed Materials
There are a lot of different materials going on in this look- silk, wool, tweed. I like how they all came together though. It's kind of a nod to menswear, but at the same time, not really. I really like this coat I have from Elizabeth and James, but it's so difficult to wear in the city. It's not warm enough to wear on cooler days, but it seems too heavy for a sunnier day, so when the weather is gloomy, yet mild, I love breaking this out since it's so rare.Coat: Elizabeth and James. Blouse: Gap (similar) Shorts: Marshalls (similar) Tights: H&M. Shoes: Zara (black alternative) Sunglasses: Ray Ban. Necklace: Vintage. Bag: Schuler and Sons.
