Hello, everybody! I’m feeling cautiously optimistic today, how ’bout you?
I took these pictures after my first depression skills class last night–something my new doctor encouraged me to do alongside therapy. Attending it left me feeling pretty positive, and feel like I’m already armed with some good weapons with which to battle Depression Brain.
