Shred Last Friday I started the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred because I was craving something different and a few of my friends were doing it. Meg is doing rather well and is the one who convinced me to give it a go. I had been doing a 60 minute ballet DVD in the mornings for the past 2 weeks, 20 minutes > 60 minutes any day! However, I think the only way I survived the first few days of the shred is because of those ballet workouts. The first few day of the shred got me sweating, but it wasn't too bad.
