I'd spent too much time in my pyjamas, moping in the house. So I did a little reset. I put on clothes, real clothes. I went to the post office, treated myself to an egg roll, and enjoyed just a smidge of sunshine. I even fixed my hair! I'm stuck wearing low-rise jeans or loose dresses for a little while longer (anything higher up hits my healing wound), but this outfit felt so badass. And more importantly, I felt like 'me' today.
