Busy. If I was asked to describe my life the last few weeks in one word, that would be it. I can definitely keep up a fast-paced lifestyle for perhaps longer than I should. And when it finally starts to hit me that, "hey… maybe I need a minute", I hardly have a clue as to how to start slowing things down. When my to-do list on my phone says "205 completed" at the top, and there's 30 still to do, with 15 just added in the last 15 minutes, it's kind of impossible to get around the fact that maybe I've bitten off more than I can chew. So starting today, I'm going to get better at saying no. It starts with an "n" and ends...
