Eric and I headed out to California this weekend to celebrate a friend's 30th birthday ( do you remember Jan? ). It was actually my first trip up to wine country (which is sad considering I spent over two years working in San Francisco) and we had an awesome time. It's fun to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and live simply once in awhile; sometimes all you need is good (and new) friends, good conversation, and some good wine.
