Ich bin vorhin erst von meiner üblichen Power-Jogging-Tour zurückgekommen und ehrlich ich fühlte mich schon lange nicht mehr befreit und entspannt. Das Laufen tat mir diesmal unglaublich gut, um den ganzen Stress und Gefühlschaos in letzter Zeit abbauen zu können. Ich hab endlich mal wieder tief durchatmet, bin mit der Natur quasi Eins geworden und hab alles um mich herum einfach mal für einen Moment...
