Cut Out Dress: c/o Deb . Red Hat, Bow Flats: Thrifted. Lipstick in MAC's Russian Red. Hello! ♥ I've been waiting to show you guys this dress and I'm so excited to finally be able to! I received it a few weeks ago and I've been wearing it nonstop. It's very different from what I usually wear and surprisingly enough, my mother urged me to choose it. I was really hesitant at first because it's a lot more risque and sexy than I'm used to wearing I mean I wear shirts with cat faces), but I've ended up loving it! The cut outs with mesh overlay are subtle but still an interesting touch I haven't seen on a lot...
