1. Find a good fitted jeans, we choose a skinny jeans from Amisu (39,95)
2. You need a good scissor a ruler and a nail file
3. Measure the distance between your crutch and your knees to make the perfect cut
4. Draw some kind of ‘eye’ shape on the place you want the cut
5. Cut out the ‘eye’ shape, lay it on the other side of the jeans and repeat
6. Take your scissor and the nail file and go around the edges to make some ruffles....
