Casual Monday
After all the hubbub about the hurricane over the weekend, it didn’t turn out to be too terrible. At least it’s not so bad that our family couldn’t go out to celebrate two birthdays – my sister’s and mine. We went to a restaurant and had delicious wild boar, then the staff had to put up beach umbrellas for us to get to the car because the wind was blowing so hard for normal umbrellas. I didn’t get pictures (I have no problem with snapping pictures while hanging out with friends, I feel weird doing it with my family), but now I kinda wished I had – nothing says “storm” like dodging the rain under a beach...
