Bubbledogs!
You all know that the Kitchen Table at Bubbledogs is one of our favourite restaurants in London. When we heard that they are doing their first collaboration dinner (with Koya) we immediately got our name in the waiting list and luckily we got in! Seeing two of London's most talented chefs working together and experiencing the tasting menu they've created, was a treat. We've never seen Junya in action before and we loved his modesty and his clear passion, love and respect for ingredients and cooking methods. Our favourites from the nine dishes that he created, were the watermelon (sandia), the udon (see how carefully he assembles the dish), the eel and the mugwort. From...
