I find myself drinking less and less water when the summer months roll around. I usually tend to reach for thing that seem both yummy and refreshing, a Diet Coke, a frozen Daquri or even an Iced Latte. Although water seems tempting after a nice run, it's usually not my beverage of choice during the warm months (or cold...ooops). My husband drinks water like it's going out of style, he must be very buoyant. Me, I have to find more creative solutions. While I've tried the flavorings and Crystal Lights, etc..it's just easier to reach for something I don't have to mix or squeeze during those times of need.
