Today my friend Nik and I went out in search of inspiration. We found it- from standing in an old fashioned double decker bus within a museum, to parking in front of the yellow-est house in the universe, to learning how close we were to Mars, yep, I'm all inspired out. She is a designer and photographer and we're thinking of doing a retro photoshoot soon. We wandered around the quay, checked out the 50s-60s fashion exhibition at the M Shed where we studied the poses and settings of all the shoots, and enjoyed the sunshine more than you can imagine. I feel my freckles returning already.
