Ever put on a great dress or "in theory" great outfit only to find it's just so-so. Your problem: no accessories to make your look stand out. Today I'm gong to show you a casual way to accessorize a basic navy dress. I also decided to enter Chippmuck.com's Expert Shopper Contest again with this outfit.
