SIA Inspiration: Jamie Wyeth
It’s Jess’ turn to pick the inspiration for Style Imitating Art, and she chose “ Lighthouse ” by Jamie Wyeth:
Jess is a bit of a fan of the Wyeth family, and I think this is a super cool pick – it actually reminds me of Caspar David Friedrich’s landscapes, with the human figures always seen from the back. That jacket and the colors might be a bit tough to translate into a summer outfit, but I’m willing to try.
