I’m kind of wishy-washy on dressing in holiday colors; sometimes I’m horrified by the cheesiness of it all, and other times I want to embrace the cheese like there’s no tomorrow.
Not to mention, the 4th of July isn’t my favorite holiday–not that there aren’t lots of things I love about being American, but it’s hard to feel 100% proud of your country when it systematically disenfranchises and oppresses large portions of its citizens, you know?
But I was planning on wearing this...
