Avoiding black in winter What I wore: hot pink skirt (thrifted), Zara biker jacket, Dorothy Perkins grey singlet, Farmers leather tassle necklace, Orla Berg silver clutch ( last shown here ), Primark black tights, Tesco black suede booties, felt wide brim hat (thrifted). One of my biggest frustrations about winter dressing is the predominance of black (even on people who really don't suit it). Why does colder weather get everyone automatically reaching for their darkest coloured clothing? What's wrong with embracing a bit of colour to try and brighten up our spirits I say.
