Have you ever met someone, and you just instantly click and feel like you've known each other forever? That's how I felt when I met Tiffany, the owner of JEG Boutique ! I had just gone on a long, hot and humid 5 miler by myself when my cousin texted me to make plans to meet at this new boutique in downtown Hollidaysburg, my hometown (which is the cutest hometown in America, pretty much).
