Homemade Peanut Butter Granola Bars
As mentioned in my previous food post , almost all of my meals are eaten on the go these days. Since granola bars have always been a favorite go-to snack of mine, I decided to make my own using this incredibly easy recipe. They came out chewy and moist and the addition of dried cranberries made for the perfect balance of tart and sweet.
