On our third night in Spain, we headed to a small city very close to madrid called "Alcalá de Henares" (small parenthesis, yes I changed outfits twice in a day ...hello, I was in a gorgeous country!). This city is well- known because of Miguel de Cervantes- the main plaza has his name and there is a fun statue of "Don Quijote" (check out the selfie I took with him).
