Hiding Behind My Blog
It's vapid. All-consuming. Shallow. Self-indulgent. Frivolous.
That's what a lot of people think of blogs and bloggers. And I can't completely disagree with those guys. Blogging and being a blogger is in a way all those things. I mean, I take pictures of myself wearing "pretty" outfits and babble on and on about the random things that pitter patter through my head. And then post in on the Internet for all to see.
I get why people who don't blog or read blogs do not get it. Before I actually read a blog, I didn't get it either. There's a smirky stigma about it, much like there is about anything that we do solely for ourselves nowadays. So much so that as enjoy blogging,...
