Wednesday June 19, 2013 Isn't the color of this Forever 21 polka dot dress (Still available here! ) just so fresh and perfect for Spring/Summer? I love wearing shirt dresses for summer because they are so easy to wear and comfy as well. I wore this outfit to the movies with my family to watch Man of Steel , the new Superman movie.
