A Dodo’s Conundrum
So I managed to see Man of Steel after all – see what I did with the red, blue, and yellow in my outfit? Now my entire knowledge of Superman comes from the first 2 seasons of Smallville and Superman Returns and bits and pieces of the Christopher Reeve’s movies here and there, so I can’t say how faithful the movie is to the Superman canon or how original it is. I just know that I liked it more than Superman Returns and Henry Cavill is drool-worthy (but then I already knew that after seeing him in I Capture the Castle .) The beginning is kind of slow though, and I’m not sure if I like Zack Snyder’s vision of Sucker Punch ...
