Pretty Woman Day
A few months ago, I had a day off and invited my mother-in-law to have lunch. She accepted and we had a delicious three course meal. I had salad greens, smoked salmon farfalle, and panna cotta with balsamic reduction sauce topped with a fresh raspberry for dessert (it sounds weird, but the combination of sweet, creamy, salty, and tart was amazing!) She insisted on paying for lunch. Afterwards, I offered to drive her home, but she wanted to go shopping first. That's when she decided to buy me a pair of jeans and this dress!
