Work It Out
When I was in my teens & early twenties, I had a very unhealthy relationship with food and exercise due to an eating disorder I battled for 10 years. Thankfully, I am fully recovered now and can appreciate exercise for what it does for my body & how it makes me feel. I know I will never be a size zero because that isn't how I was built (which I'm completely okay with) - I find I'm so much happier when I focus on working out to feel strong rather than doing it to try & reach a goal that isn't attainable for me.
I firmly believe that the best method for regular workouts is to do something you enjoy. The summer is my favorite time...
