The sun is finally peeking out this morning and I have to say it feels pretty weird. I was just getting used to the Twin Cities' gloomy, Seattle-like weather that has turned my favorite cropped trench into daily outerwear. The constant grey makes so homesick for the Pacific Northwest. Someday I'll move back, but right now it's National Donut Day and the only thing I can think about is the bag of warm cinnamon-sugar donuts from the Chef Shack waiting for me on my lunch...
