Sarah Nelsen and Sara Cramer , two impressive creative talents from Kansas City, met serendipitously as panelists at an AIGA Homegrown: Fashion event. Little did they know, this meeting would lead to a powerhouse partnership in the form of a collaborative collection for this year's West 18th Street Fashion Show .
