{Travel}: The beautiful ruins and market of Chinchero, Peru
Sunday May 26, 2013 After our short visit to Lima, we took a plane to a city called Cusco in the Southeastern part of Peru . The first day there, we were really sick because of the altitude (3,400 meters above the sea) so we spent most of the the day resting. The second day however we took a tour to Chinchero (one of the districts of Urubamba) to see some beautiful Inca ruins! One of the things I enjoyed the most of Peru was all the beautiful scenery. The breathtaking mountains and vast green fields looked straight out of a postcard. I also really enjoyed seeing the market of Chinchero. Peru...
