Good Day for Polka Dots
I had something good happen today. I walked into my closet and felt excited for the first time in a long time. All of a sudden I saw things that I wanted to wear again; I saw possibilities and not an invisible list of things that I don't have and somehow need to acquire. I didn't talk myself out of an outfit saying to myself it was too simple or it's been done before. I got dressed and I was happy about it. No anxiety, no frustration.
