Juan Carlos Obando Fall 2013 RTW blouse: zara skirt: asos shoes: charles david belt: asos Did you gasp? I did the first time I saw the JCO photo on Style.com. After I caught my breathe, I pinned it. It was this stunning outfit that started my blue/green combo serenade. The blouse and skirt have been in my closet for awhile but I never had the idea of putting them together until then. Partly because I hadn't thought of it, and partly because the combination was waaaaaay out of my comfort zone; no skinny pants, no oxford, no blazer, and is that a BELT around my waste?
