Mint Shoes
I bought these shoes when I was 16, wore them twice and then they sat in the back of my closet for years. I think the shoes went through a state of depression because they felt neglected and unloved. (Yes, my shoes have feelings. Don't yours?) But these shoes were fighters and never gave up. They made it through many closet purges knowing that one day they would see the outside world. Well, Hallelujah! The wait is over! The day has come!
