Casa Loma and the Jays Hello again! One of my favourite days on Charlie's visit was our trip to Casa Loma . Built in the Gothic Revival style, Casa Loma was the home of an early 20th century Toronto electricity tycoon, Sir Henry Pellet. The home is a true spectacle, ornate and gaudy and completely over the top. It was breathtaking! I loved it, and would absolutely suggest a checking Casa Loma out if you ever visit Toronto, even though the entrance fee is a shocking $20. We found out many, many films have used Casa Loma as a set, such as Chicago and X-Men!
