Dare to Wear: Midriff Cut-out Dress
Have you dared to try a midriff cut-out dress? I like when the dresses expose just a slice of midriff in a modest but seductive way. And I have a habit of putting my hands in the pockets often, so after I found this cut-out dress in my favorite color [for today, at least] — blue, together with 2 deep big pockets, I just fell in love.
