Day 1 of my adventure in Paris: We visited the Eiffel tower and walked up (and down!) 700 steps to get to the second level of the tower. The view was wonderful but unfortunately the weather wasn't very good so the view was obscured by lots of grey clouds. In the afternoon we then visited the Louvre museum for a couple of hours which really wasn't enough as you could spend weeks in there just wondering around! We saw the Mona Lisa (I was not impressed..) and also explored Napoleon's apartments which were so beautiful. The last photo in my collage is the Eiffel tower at night from the roof of my hotel. Every hour on the hour the tower displays a wonderful light show and...
