Last Saturday, I kicked off LA Fashion Week by checking out the JBurgos Fall/Winter 2013 Presentation during Concept LA Shows at Siren Studios. Created by New York based designer Jennifer Burgos , the FW13 collection was made up of edgy studded, but chic pieces and feminine, flirty dresses.
